All communication with Affiliated Licensees, Brokers and staff, including but not limited to email, e-signs, forms, etc. and any files transmitted with that communication are confidential and intended solely for  the use of individual or entity to which they are addressed.  If you have received communication from Maximum One® Companies, Brokers, agents or staff in error, please notify the sender.  Please note that any views or opinions presented in the communication are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of Maximum One® Companies.  Finally, the recipient should check any email and any attachments for the presence of viruses.

Maximum One® Companies accept no liability for any damage caused by any virus transmitted electronically.  Maximum One® Companies also strive to maintain the integrity of our agent and staff email addresses for business purposes only.  Affiliated Licensees are to review the email integrity policy located in the Policy Manual. Political, Religious or the promotion of a non-preferred Vendor shall be strictly prohibited.  Our preferred Vendors and Alliance Partners will periodically send emails about their services, changes in services, compliance changes, special promotions or rates.

Your acceptance of these terms
